Are these full-size products or samples?

Full size. Squeaky Clean is 100 mL, Skin Saver is 60 mL, and Sun-Sational is 50 mL, the same sizes we sell individually. Most licensed gift sets are filled with miniatures. This one is not.

What age is this for?

Built for ages 8 to 13. Younger kids can use it with a parent nearby. Older teens use it too.

My kid has never used skincare. Is this too much?

No. One wash a day, sunscreen in the morning, and a spray whenever they want it. Only the sunscreen is tied to a set time.

What is the Hero Activation Routine?

It is the name for the three products used together. Squeaky Clean daily, morning or night. Sun-Sational every morning, even when it is cloudy. Skin Saver after school, after sports, or after any long day.

What is Skin Saver actually for?

It is a hypochlorous acid mist, the same compound the body makes on its own. Most kids use it after sports, after a sweaty walk home, or at night after washing.

Is the sunscreen mineral or chemical?

Mineral. Sun-Sational is 100% mineral, using 12.5% zinc oxide as the only active.

Are the keychain and stickers sold separately?

No. They were made for this set and come only with it.

Step by step

1. Squeaky Clean. Pump two "clouds" of foam, massage onto damp skin for 30 seconds, rinse and pat dry.
2. Glow Go. Hold about 6 inches from the face, eyes closed, and spritz 2 to 3 times.
3. Smooth Operator. A pea-sized amount for face and neck, massaged in gently.

Two minutes total. Headband on first, routine after.

Is this a good first skincare set for a tween?

Yes, that is what it is built for. It covers the three basics (cleanse, hydrate, moisturize) and leaves out the actives adult products contain. Add Sun-Sational SPF 30 for the morning.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Nothing in the set contains synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates or phthalates. For very reactive or eczema-prone skin, patch-test on the inner arm for 48 hours before first use.

Does it help with pimples or acne?

It helps prevent clogged pores by keeping skin clean and hydrated, but it is not an acne treatment. There is no salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide or retinol, on purpose. For individual spots, use Hands-Off hydrocolloid patches. For frequent breakouts, see a pediatrician or dermatologist.

When should my child not use it?

It is not an acne treatment or a sunscreen, so add Hands-Off patches for spots and Sun-Sational SPF 30 for daytime. Do not use on broken skin, open wounds or an active eczema flare. For eczema-prone skin, patch-test on the inner arm for 48 hours first. Stop and check with a doctor if redness, stinging or itching continues.

How is this different from CeraVe, Cetaphil or Bubble?

CeraVe and Cetaphil are gentle adult lines often recommended for kids. Bubble is aimed at teens and young adults. Pipa is formulated only for ages 8 to 13: simpler formulas, no adult actives and no synthetic fragrance, in packaging kids will actually use. Many families use Pipa from 8 to 13 and move to a teen line after.
